2022 Methods Of Payment

ACIA offers multiple payment options for your community association Assessment & Fees,.

To make an online payment, please select an option below. You will want to ensure you have your account information available when making a payment. We recommend new users set up an account in the online payment system to create a recurring payment or to save your property and payment information. You may also make one-time debit/credit card or eCheck payments. (A fee applies for credit/debit card payments only).

Please note that the Management Company ID for Trio Homeowners Association Management is 6945.

If you have a technical issue making an online payment, you can contact Alliance Association Bank at (844) 739-2331. If you need information about your property or current balance, please contact Trio Homeowners Association Management at 888-874-1978.

Online Payment Instructions

Owners may make payments by e-check and Credit Card. There is no processing fee for payments made by E-check (free). Credit Card and Debit Card options have a convenience fee of 3% for a credit card or $5 for a debit card.

Automatic Payment Instructions

To make automatic monthly payment plan payments with Alliance, please select "Make A Payment". Please write down your Account number, Management ID "6945" and Association ID "ACIA" before you go any further.
Once you are on the Alliance Bank page, you will need to set up an account and follow the instructions.
